The YOO ARUBA project, developed by Mastermind Hospitality Group in partnership with Mi Tesoro Group, will comprise 26 luxury apartments designed by YOO Studio. The development occupies a prime position in Ponton, offering permanent, unobstructed views of the Caribbean Sea. The location combines privacy, accessibility, and panoramic sea views, making it one of the island's most attractive settings for high end residential development.
Architectural direction is led by Donato Mesce of MESK Architects, whose work integrates Caribbean identity with contemporary design principles. The interiors carry YOO Studio's signature approach — layered, tactile, and unmistakably residential — adapted specifically for the Aruban context and climate.
Mastermind Hospitality Group holds the exclusive YOO brand license for residential developments in Aruba, a position formalized through a strategic partnership announced in October 2025.
