(the “Company” or “UGE”) (TSX VENTURE: UGE, OTCQB: UGEIF), a leader in renewable energy solutions for the commercial and industrial sector, is proud to announce the appointment of Abhishek Bhattacharyya as its Chief Financial Officer, effective today.
Mr. Bhattacharyya brings eight years of experience in energy finance to the role, having previously served as Director of Finance at Nautilus Solar Energy, LLC. His prior experience includes project financing roles at BNP Paribas and MUFG Union Bank and energy financial advisory at Deloitte. Mr. Bhattacharyya holds a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. He is a CFA charterholder, CPA and serving U.S. army reservist.
