Being the CEO’s of Journee Haircare, Tamika & Tony decided they needed a team to bring their vision to fruition. The team consists of seven family members. Nikki Johnson is Tamika & Tony's oldest sister. Nikki’s role as Brand Ambassador & Marketing consists of representing the brand in a positive light. She also establishes relationships between customers and organizations.
With business growing so fast, having launched less than a year ago, Journee Haircare LLC averages at least 100 orders a month. Journee Haircare owes their success to the team of family members who meet every Sunday via Zoom for business meetings. On Sunday during the one-hour meetings they hold each other accountable, set weekly goals for the company & pray for the business. The rest of our team is: Ester Johnson (Mother) manages shipping & receiving, Holly Johnson (daughter) is a social media influencer, Miya Johnson (Daughter) is a Customer Service Representative, Shontavia Flores (Sister) manages JH orders processed through Shon's Exquisite Beauty Bar.
