The story of this product started decades ago when Frank was hiking the Peruvian Inca trail and a local guide offered a handful of ”habban saladas” (fava beans). He fell in love with the taste and texture, but it wasn’t long until he came across fava beans again in Thailand, Mexico (habas con chile), Italy (baccello), and many countries around the world. They all had different names, tastes, and textures but they were all fava beans.
After seeing a need for inclusive snacks in the market Frank decided to introduce Favalicious in the US, clean-label snacks that can be enjoyed by anyone and everyone, regardless of dietary restrictions or food allergies, bringing a little taste of the world in 2 oz bags.
