McNeal brings over 25 years in sales and marketing experience and over 10 years in music productions and live stage support. He will provide direct sales and marketing campaigns to the Las Vegas market Live Events as well as focus on Corporate Events and American Tour Development and Management.
Prior to joining RRS Audio, Steven was the founder and President of Live Act Productions LLC, Dallas Texas and developed marketing and promotions for musicians, as well as producing live music events. After starting his career with Showco, Inc and working with such artists as Willie Nelson, Glen Cambell, BB King, Texas Rock, Judas Priest, and many other musicians and bands, he left the music industry working in corporate sales and marketing working in various capacities with the worldwide business for over 25 years, ultimately founding a startup eCommerce company, AMA Security, that was sold in 2014. Five years ago he started Live Act Productions out of Dallas Texas and moved to Las Vegas in 2020.
