Qubit Labs Report: Eastern Europe Offers Most Affordable Dev Talent

Qubit Labs releases a global report on developer salaries and hiring trends, showing how companies can save up to 72% by building software teams in Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia, and other affordable tech hubs.

Tallinn, Harju Jul 16, 2025 (Issuewire.com)  - A new report from Qubit Labs shows that companies can reduce their software development significantly when turning to more affordable global markets. Countries like Bulgaria and Vietnam offer team setup costs that are up to 72% lower than in the United States.

A global salary report by Qubit Labs covers 34 countries across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. It helps tech companies understand where they can find skilled developers without spending too much. The most affordable regions are still Eastern Europe and parts of Asia.

“Right now, 76% of tech companies are struggling to find developers. That is why being flexible is so important,” says Iva Kozlovska, CEO of Qubit Labs. “We created this report to help companies of all sizes make better hiring decisions by choosing locations that offer great talent, lower costs, and a good cultural fit.”

This report is especially useful for startups, mid-sized companies, and large businesses that want to explore new hiring locations but are not sure where to begin. It includes salary benchmarking, talent pool sizes, geographical strength, and other tech talent market insights.

Where You Can Hire Developers for Less
