The company reports that developing the men's mom jean required multiple rounds of pattern adjustments to achieve a fit that maintained comfort and everyday wearability for the male body, a process that differs significantly from traditional women's mom jean construction.
Along with the new mom jeans line, PDMX Jeans also offers a collection of men's flare jeans. The company states that all of its flare jeans are custom-made and manufactured in Mexico, a detail the brand highlights as part of its broader commitment to Mexican-made denim production.
PDMX Jeans operates as a direct-to-consumer brand, selling through its own website, as well as additional sales channels including Amazon Mexico and MercadoLibre. The company reports having served more than 10,000 customers to date.
"A customer simply asked us if we made mom jeans for men. We told him we could, made him a custom pair, and the response was so positive that we decided to turn it into a complete product line," said Gregory Florez, Marketing Director at PDMX Jeans.
