Led by Dr. Leslie A. Miles, the owner, and CEO of Milestone, these groups are designed to provide children ages 8-15 years old with support, education, and resources to promote mental health and wellness.
As a parent of a current and prior student of Water of Life and a member of Water of Life Community Church for over 16 years, Dr. Miles understands the importance of supporting children and their families in their mental health journeys. The Mental health groups are specifically designed to create a safe space for children to improve their social skills, reduce anxiety and depression, process hard feelings, increase self-esteem, and promote healthy coping methods.
