Chairman and Chief Executive of MedReleaf Australia, Russell Harding says, “Kristin, who we have known for many years, will oversee business strategy creation and execution for MedReleaf Australia and ensure the continued growth and profitability of our rapidly growing private company”.
Viccars has joined MedReleaf from the Global position of Marketing Director and Company Director of Apex Tool Group, owned by Bain Capital. He holds an MBA, and a Diploma in Business Law, is a Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and has successfully completed a number of Harvard Business School courses in Disruptive Strategy and Finance.
Kristin is a recent graduate of the Emerging Leaders and was most recently recognised as one of Australia’s Top 50 CMOs. He brings with him a long track record of innovation, success, and an ability to deliver record results.
Additionally, MedReleaf Australia co-founder Nathan Davis has been elevated to the position of Executive Director and will assume extra responsibilities on the Board of Directors as well as continuing as a key member of the operational team and industry advocate. Nathan Davis says, “Having Kristin join our business is an exciting next step as we continue to successfully scale up our business plans.”
