As a pilot to entice additional investor support, the HOPE Elite team undertook reconstruction contracts in Puerto Rico to perform demolition and reconstruction of residential areas suffering from the devastating aftermath of hurricanes and tropical storms. With modernized and innovative techniques, the HOPE Elite team was able to complete the pilot project under budget with minimal waste. The reconstructed concrete-enforced structures will now be able to withstand much stronger winds and storm surges.
