The integration removes one of the last manual steps at hotel arrival by issuing a secure digital room key the moment a guest completes check-in.
Booking a hotel room takes seconds in 2026. Getting into it still often does not. At most properties, a staff member has to physically create or program a room key at the front desk, which turns arrival into a queue and pulls staff away from the guest in front of them.
With the Guestara and Mosler integration, that step happens on its own. When a guest completes their digital arrival journey through Guestara, identity is verified, check-in is completed, payment is confirmed, and Mosler automatically creates the appropriate room access and sends it back through Guestara's guest communication platform. Access can be delivered by passcode, Bluetooth or browser-based entry, depending on the property's setup. There is no waiting and no manual intervention from the front desk.
The integration is already live across multiple properties, with more than 250 digital room keys issued to date.
