The 12-week program, set to begin on March 30th, will provide 20 selected founders with the resources and support they need to accelerate their growth and increase their chances of successfully raising external funding.
The programme, which is designed to help founders secure the funding they need, will guide participants through the six pillars of fundraising, providing them with a deeper understanding of their businesses 3-5 year roadmap and arming them with a financial strategy to execute for their journey.
Cohorts of up to 20 participants will be based in Birmingham city centre. The programme will be led by Jim Shirley, an experienced CFO with a proven track record of raising millions in debt and equity and helping businesses achieve exits for hundreds of millions through private equity or trade sales.
Jim will be joined by a panel of experts in fundraising such as investors, and legal and debt providers, that will give the founders a wealth of knowledge and experience to draw from.
The program will cover everything start-up founders need to know about fundraising, including fundraising strategy, investment landscape, investment materials, financials, valuations, due diligence, and more. It is the perfect way for founders to get investment-ready and take their businesses to the next level.
