Over the course of 20 successful years in the financial services industry, McCarthy served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at PaymentWorks, Vice President/Managing Director at CBORD, and most recently as the Vice President of Sales at Finexio where he was responsible for overseeing and directing their sales departments to exceed revenue and pipeline targets to ensure company growth and profitability.
