According to Brian Stovsky, Empower Sports uses sports and fitness activities to give every person a chance to participate in games. The organization aims to help participants develop character, kindness, and tolerance. Children and adults with different physical and mental abilities can also be part of the sports and exercise activities, Brian Stovsky explains. In addition, Empower Sports plays kids and grown-ups with physical challenges along with those who are non-disabled to give them lots of experience and fun.

What programs does Empower Sports offer?

Brian Matthew Stovsky further says that Empower Sports organized its first sports program in November 2012 when it hosted a basketball clinic. The program was a huge success as it drew players and volunteers from different backgrounds. Since then, Empower Sports has introduced basketball, softball, lacrosse fitness classes, and soccer. As Brian Stovsky says, there are several benefits of getting involved with Empower Sports. Participants can build their physical wellness through sports and exercise. Also, their socialization skills, such as communication skills, developing friendships, and self-esteem, will grow. Empower Sports' kids, and adults can also benefit from integrating with other peers and volunteering for the organization. Brian Stovsky says that anyone can help Empower Sports grow and provide more exciting programs at low cost via donations and voluntary work.
