BioLogic’s mission is to design, develop and manufacture high-precision instrumentation destined for use in a wide range of fields including energy storage and conversion, research electrochemistry, life sciences and material sciences.
The highly technical nature of these products (regardless of the scientific domain) dictates that all users, be they academics working in a research environment, or R&D specialists from Industry, need access to a vast array of technical information to obtain the best possible results. This was the premise for the development of the portal via an easy to access and constantly updated database of scientific data.
Learning Centre: educate, inform and update
At the heart of the new portal, lies the BioLogic Learning Centre, a type of scientific blog, which aims to help scientists and industrial experts better understand the underlying theory relative to their projects as well as technical information related to the products.
A wide range of content is already available, and news articles will be added on a monthly basis. Each article is graded, informing readers of their level of complexity, as well as giving an estimated reading time, to help them manage their time. Many articles are linked to other forms of media such as tutorial videos, or application notes, allowing readers to drill into the subject matter in more detail if necessary.
A user-centric approach: access the right information, quickly and efficiently
Once the user has registered his instrument via a simple online process, the portal will then aggregate all information relevant to his product. With over 700 scientific documents online, this system has been designed to help users identify the information they need quickly and efficiently and avoid issues related to “information overload”.

The portal’s support section includes over 140 application notes, 160 technical notes, as well as videos, white papers and presentations. All of this information is aggregated automatically, as and when new content is added to the portal in the user’s own customer area, so he or she can access new or previously loaded data quickly and easily. Customers can also easily access product information via a totally revamped, easy-to-use, web architecture.
