Karen Salicath Jamali’s life is nothing short of a psychedelic story depiction. Originally from Denmark, she moved bases to New York City about 12 years ago, When she found her husband Jamali. She is an alumnus of The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, School of Design in Copenhagen, the class of 1991. However, life had other plans in store for her. She met with an accident and incurred a head injury; she went on a recovery journey that opened her scopes to music. Miraculously, she had never played piano ever before in her life, a fascination for the art that led her to create her interpretations through the precision of keys and notes. Slowly and gradually, Karen’s perspective towards life and existence found a medium of expression in piano. The catastrophe incident that she met with back in 2012 took her 3 years to recover. In 2015, she began to play the Piano and already found her pronouncement that marked the beginning of her recording path towards global acknowledgment.
