Her professional experience includes positions at Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic, The Ohio State University, Riverside Methodist Hospital, and Cambridge Cancer Center. In these roles, she has played a key role in implementing evidence-based clinical practices, recovery-oriented care models, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy programming designed to improve patient outcomes and promote holistic mental health care. Lora is trained in the complementary and integrative modalities of clinical guided imagery, aromatherapy, and mindfulness. 

Lora has also championed initiatives in shared governance, staff competency development, and accreditation readiness. Her leadership has consistently contributed to improved clinical outcomes, enhanced staff engagement, and strong patient satisfaction while maintaining regulatory compliance and organizational excellence.

In addition to her operational leadership, Lora has contributed to professional scholarship in the field of nursing. Lora’s academic background reflects her multidisciplinary approach to leadership and healthcare transformation. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Wheeling Jesuit University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Capital University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management and Organizational Leadership Development from Wheeling University.
