Tooele, Utah Jul 11, 2018 (Issuewire.com) - Zenith Development announced the recent acquisition of 86.4(+/-) acres of prime residential land situated in the Overlake Subdivisions, just west of Walmart, and north of State Route 112 in the downtown core of Tooele, Utah. Zenith has renamed the development “Lexington Greens at Overlake” and plans to develop over 550 units – including residential lots and a blend of other types of housing to be developed and sold in four phases.
Lexington Greens will provide homebuyers with a walkable community and a blend of housing types and in an array of price-points. Zenith envisions breaking ground at the beginning of August 2018 and plans to sell lots to a select group of regional and national homebuilders by the end of 2018.
