Biryani is taking all necessary steps to ensure the safety of our customers. We are educating our staff on the best practices of personal hygiene, the proper method of hand washing plus sanitizing as well as what to do in case they have any symptoms related to Coronavirus." Adding further she said," Each member of the team is now monitored for symptoms and are not allowed to participate in any gatherings. Except otherwise its an emergency they are advised not to use Public Transport till March 31st. The staff quarters are sanitized in full & each staff is advised to use the quarters till March 31st."
Commenting further Amit Mishra, Director- Franchising said, "Currently mask and gloves are used in the stores to ensure minimum contact with the food when its served or packed for delivery. This week we have introduced safe packaging (heat sealed) to reduce any chances of contamination during the delivery process. We will be also packing instructions in every package for customers to understand our processes and finding useful resources to deal with the pandemic."
