Our work happens in broadly 4 steps.
Step 1: Requirement Gathering
Once you finalized the work with us by paying a small amount in advance, then we will schedule a visit to your place to gather all the requirements. We would like to say that apart from the woodwork, we also handle false ceiling work, electrical work, civil. Not to mention, electrical fittings, bathroom and kitchen accessories, curtains and rods and even movable furniture. During the visit, we take the measurements, finalize the designs and layouts for the various things, discuss the other things within our scope and finalize the finish selections. Please keep at least half a day for this from your end. Additional visits are charged.
Step 2: Quote and payment
Once everything has been finalized, you will get a detailed quote based on the things which you included. You will also get payment details, as well as the schedule of payment and approximate timeline for the work, post payment. No changes can be entertained after this process.
Step 3: Execution
Firstly we will give you a brief idea of the designs and work will start. You will also get a material audit report as well as a mid-project update as the work continues. Once things are ready to be installed, you will also get a work status report with photos.
Step 4: Installation & Handover
Final installation of all material and handover happens once the final payment is done. You will also get a detailed invoice with details of all material purchased. This along with warranty cards (if any) will work as adequate proof or purchase in case you need to contact any other brands in case of faults.
