He pointed out that it’s no surprise the restaurant holds the Green Key and the SRA Three Stars, as its ethos is lived rather than decorative, woven into every decision and every quiet gesture of hospitality.
He said that speaking with the hosts afterward made him feel less as though he had visited a restaurant and more as though he had stepped inside a living philosophy.
