Orlando, Florida Feb 4, 2026 (Issuewire.com) - Watchmen Action co-founders, RC Williams and Julianna Ormond, have announced a major expansion into Pennsylvania following a multi-city, on-the-ground blitz that included speaking engagements, leadership meetings, and Church-focused training sessions across the state.
The trip resulted in the pending launch of three Watchmen Action chapters in the Lehigh Valley and Philadelphia, with ambassadors over the next three months.
“Pennsylvania is a State that still understands the difference between faith that speaks and faith that hides,” said RC Williams, co-founder of Watchmen Action. “What we encountered on the ground were laymen, pastors, organizational leaders and even local politicians who are tired of being sidelined and are ready to engage the culture with courage, wisdom, and conviction. That’s the kind of environment where real movements take root.”
During the visit, Watchmen Action worked closely with Pennsylvania Integrity Network, We Are One Unity, and Map Holistic CDC, strengthening strategic relationships within the state’s conservative and faith-based leadership community.
Bill Allen, founder of the Pennsylvania Integrity Network, said the collaboration comes at a critical moment.
“What Watchmen Action brings is something Pennsylvania needs right now. They don’t just talk about engagement. They train people to lead, to organize, and to stay grounded in truth while doing it,” Allen said.
Co-founder Julianna Ormond emphasized that the response from Pennsylvania leaders confirmed the urgency of the organization’s mission.
“We heard the same thing everywhere we went. People are asking for tools, not rubber chicken dinners. They want to know how to engage cultural issues without losing their biblical foundation or burning out. Watchmen Action exists to walk alongside the Church and help believers step into their calling and role with confidence,” Ormond said.
Based on the momentum from the trip, Watchmen Action will return to Pennsylvania multiple times over the next several months to speak, teach, preach, and conduct “Train the Trainer” sessions. These efforts will support the launch and development of local chapters designed to build sustainable leadership and long-term cultural engagement at the community level.
To support the Pennsylvania initiative, Watchmen Action is seeking sponsors and donors to help meet the projected budget of $25,000, which will fully fund travel, training materials, events, and leadership development throughout the state this year.
“If 2,500 people commit just $10, this entire mission is covered,” Williams added. “That kind of grassroots support gives us the ability to equip the Church to influence key issues and races across Pennsylvania without compromising who we are or why we exist.”
The Watchmen Action leadership team are asking supporters to prayerfully consider contributing and sharing the mission with others who believe the Church must be equipped to engage the culture with clarity and courage.
