Belfiore Quality of Life Award Recipient. The award shines a light on legal organizations that strive to offer quality of life to their lawyers and professional staff while emphasizing a commitment to professional/personal time balance, alternative work schedules, remote work, collegiality, and diversity. Volare will receive the award on March 21, 2025, during the 2025 Potomac River Bench & Bar Peak Performance and Mental Wellness Summit, at the Washington office of K&L Gates LLP. The BADC’s Rawle Andrews Jr., Esq. and Shirley Ann Higuchi, Esq. will serve as co-chairs for this event.
