Sydney, New South Wales Oct 1, 2021 (Issuewire.com) - VISTAVI has announced its intention to partner with one of the world’s leading software developers in a 4.2BN USD windfall in the coming months.
In a statement issued today (9th September 2021), a VISTAVI spokesman said that the proposed partnership is expected to consist of a 2-part offering in the amount of approximately 4.2BN USD with the initial injection of 2.2BN USD, followed by an additional 2BN USD in the 2nd quarter of 2022.
VISTAVI expects to launch an exciting new program that will revolutionise software as we know it in the second quarter of 2022, subject to market conditions.
The company reported revenues of $1.1bn in 2020, up by 5.2% on the previous year, and an adjusted EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation) of $280m.
