With this new role, Taylor will assume daily operations of the company, something she has been doing in part for the last year.
President & CEO, Michael Monson, will still maintain a very active role within the organization, focusing his efforts on the business acquisition division within the company. Along with his focused role in business acquisitions, Monson will also maintain strong relationships with clients, allowing them to utilize his 30+ years of logistics experience. She has been an integral part of Top Talent, and has risen through the ranks by using her business acumen to penetrate the market in new ways. Taylor started at Top Talent 3 years ago as a recruiter, forming a two-person team with Monson. They experienced almost instant success, and rapid growth ensued. Taylor was elevated to Vice President, taking a role that oversaw all recruiters, and had a large role in the daily operations of the company.
