Toad Hall Nursery Group are celebrating, after being selected as one of the six
finalists for the NMT Nursery Awards 2021 Parent Engagement category.
The Toad Hall Nursery team is thrilled to be shortlisted for this award which recognises how parent involvement helps extend teaching and learning outside of the nursery and creates a positive experience for children. They are enjoying a double celebration as their Assistant Manager Kerry Anne Webb, has also reached the final of the NMT Nursery Awards 2021, shortlisted for the SENCo category.
Kate Bridgman is an Area Manager at Toad Hall Nursery group.
Kate said: ‘’All nursery staff across Toad Hall have shown fantastic dedication to the families and children they have supported and nurtured throughout their nursery journey this year. It is an absolute honour to be nominated for the Parent Engagement Award and I could not be prouder of our team.’’
Kerry Anne Webb, Assistant Manager, and SENDCo at Toad Hall Nursery - Horley has been selected as one of the five finalists for the NMT Nursery Awards 2021 SENCo category out of a close to XXX nominees. This award will be made to an outstanding Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (SENCo) who has shown an exceptional commitment to the sensitive assessment of children with possible SEN and the skilled planning, delivery, and monitoring of SEN care.
Kerry said:
‘’I am very grateful for this nomination and recognition. I love working with all our children and families, they are the reason I do what I do. I am very passionate about supporting children with SEND, and their families with anything I can. Being shortlisted for this award and supporting our children and families means so much to me.’’
Toad Hall Nursery is a group of 11 childcare nurseries throughout the South East, providing a welcoming, safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and play.
Winners of the NMT Nursery Awards 2021 will be presented with their trophies at the NMT Nursery Awards Gala Night held on Saturday 20th November 2021.
