As a Mental Health Specialist, he plays an integral role in responder stress mitigation within large-scale, mobile field hospitals. Across 11 national activations—including deployments for Hurricanes Ivan and Katrina and four COVID-19 disaster responses—Williams has provided essential support to ensure responders return home physically and emotionally safe. His contributions during the pandemic earned him honorable federal medals in 2022.
In addition to his federal service, Williams has spent more than a decade advancing Eco-Systemic Structural Family Therapy within community-based nonprofit settings.
