This Tea Lover from India is making Educational Content for Tea Enthusiasts

Tea Blogger in India

Mumbai, Maharashtra Nov 16, 2022 (Issuewire.com)  - Tea, in India, comes handy be it any situation, you're happy you grab a cup of chai, you're sad you grab a chai, whatever the occasion be it or the moment doesn't matter. Tea has always got our back, especially in India. Exploring the diaspora of tea is tough yet very interesting work. We have usually encountered food bloggers, people writing about unseen places, and haunted places but this girl is doing a very different and unique thing.

Ashita Agrawal is a tea enthusiast or as she calls herself a chai lover. Primarily she hails from Mumbai. She is a professional tea blogger who holds a Computer Science degree but she switched paths because of her inclination to food and tea. She writes vividly about tea, specifically, and makes people aware of different types and varieties of tea.

Tea is not a thing but an emotion as they say and this has been proven well by her in her blogs and her experiences. Through her stories and writings, she has touched the hearts and (taste buds) of thousands of people across the globe, and are continuously waiting for her to uphold a new blog. Ashita's journey as a blogger started in 2019 when she began writing about foods, and recipes and since then it has come a long way.

Her recipes are loved and followed by people across the globe with healthy recipes, who continue to sip tea and work and write about her favorite drink— tea. Currently, she has been producing tea blogs by the pen name of Miniaturefoodie and has been a tea content creator and blogger for the last 2 years during which she has already tried over 50 types of teas such as herbal tea, black tea, blue tea, Kashmiri Kahwa, Kadha, etc. from different parts of the country.

From restaurants to tapris and homemade teas she has tried and tested it all. Ashita loves sipping tea and also equally enjoys experimenting with new tea flavors in her kitchen, and photographing that tea. She has written on various subjects such as types of herbal tea, recipes to make wonderful tea, anxiety tea, Darjeeling Tea, Kangra Tea, etc.

Coming from her knowledge she holds expertise in tea and recently she has also been awarded the Best Beverage Blogger Award by FBAI, Godrej & Vikhroli Cucina in the year 2022. She was honored with the award because of the content that she was making, which includes entertaining, facts, educational insights, and restaurant reviews.

When Ashita was asked how she developed a love for tea, she says, "My love for tea started from the time my parents gave me tea instead of milk, because like every other kid, I even threw milk in the bathroom sink! While I hadn't tasted tisane/tea till I turned 20, I had tasted many different versions of Chai like masala chai, adrak wali chai, kadha, etc. Every region, every household has its way of making chai, and that made me curious."

Besides Tea blogging Ashita aka Miniaturefoodie writes about restaurants, she also loves trying different varieties of food and when she is not blogging about tea, she can be found exploring new places, doing treks, and camping.

In this journey of tea, she has come a long way and continues to grow multifold. She has collaborated with various brands like Vahdam, Herblend, Nature's Basket, Lays, Paper Boat, Chaayos, Premier's Tea Moods, Zydus GRD Products, Marine Hydrocolloids, Makino Nachos, etc. Some of the tea blogs that she has shared on her website ashitaagrawal.com are the benefits of blue tea, herbal tea benefits, information about Kashmiri kahwa, reviews of some tea brands, and more.
