There’s a monster climbing between her sheets named Daddy

Berlin, Maryland Apr 19, 2018 (Issuewire.com)  - End the Silence is the ground-breaking documentary that uncovers the affects child sexual abuse has in black communities. Seven brave women candidly share their truths as they continue on a journey of healing and closure, in hopes of delivering themselves from their past and saving other children from sexual abuse and its long-term effects.

“Everyone needs to see this film”, said Wanda Morton Palmer, Founder of #Protectourgirlscampaign and the Executive producer of End The Silence, a film produced by Urban Vision Works and directed by JaVenna Smith Myrieckes.

In Javenna’s courageous directorial debut she dives into the subject and leaves no stone unturned. “This taboo subject matter makes the average person uncomfortable but the damage that silence creates makes it a tragedy,” said the director.

The documentary soundtrack is planned for release by Urban Vision Works Musik this summer 2018. Award-winning IStandard producer, CGR, is leading the project. The soundtrack features music greats like Karlessa Beach with her hit single “Why so much Pain.”

Since the release of the trailer, the public has had an overwhelming response. “Inspiring, necessary, and thought-provoking” are a few of the comments hitting the internet. For general and ticket information, visit https://endthesilencedocumentary.com
