Seattle, Washington (Issuewire.com) - The Wooden Railroad, a newly formed nonprofit organization dedicated to family-court transparency, parental rights advocacy, and shining a spotlight on crooked judges and the devastating impact of false allegations of violence, officially launches today.
The first videos will go live on @TheWoodenRailroad across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, kicking off a nationwide awareness campaign. Through both digital storytelling and on-the-ground advocacy, The Wooden Railroad will work to hold family-court judges accountable, and will give voice to parents silenced by false accusations and bias.
“False allegations don’t just ruin reputations — they destroy families,” said Timothy O’Shea, Founder and Executive Director. “I received a trial so blatantly unfair, by a judge so crooked, I wouldn’t have believed it if it hadn’t happened to me. Parents are being erased from their children’s lives based on lies and bias instead of facts. That’s bullshit — and The Wooden Railroad exists to call it out and fight back.”
The name The Wooden Railroad holds deep meaning. TWR stands for Tim’s three sons — Timothy, William, and Robert — who loved building wooden train tracks together. The magnets linking the trains symbolize the unbreakable bond between parent and child, a connection no court can sever.
