Ohio, United States Oct 5, 2018 (Issuewire.com) - Dr Summit Shah has just announced that his annual scholarship opportunity has opened up for next year. From now until the deadline, eligible applicants can submit an essay to win a $1000 scholarship.
Dr Shah is a renowned allergist, researcher, and professor who knows all too well the rising costs of tuition. He is hoping to help other students realize their academic dreams and get prepared for future careers by providing an opportunity to win a $1000 scholarship.
The 2018 Summit Shah MD Scholarship was awarded to Dana Woods, who hopes to graduate with a Master’s degree.
The 2019 winner will be chosen in July 2019, and another student will be awarded this unique opportunity to offset college tuition costs with the $1000 scholarship.
Candidates are required to apply before June 1, 2019. To be eligible, candidates from any area of study must be either be high school students graduating in spring 2019 or students that are already enrolled in a college, university, or trade school. This gives students from all higher educational institutions the ability to apply for this scholarship.
In order to apply, applicants must create an essay of 500 words or less that shares some of the things that keep them motivated to continue reaching for their goals. The submission process can be completed entirely online, which makes it very easy for candidates to apply.
In July 2019, one winner will be chosen. If the winner doesn’t respond, then another winner will be chosen.
