JWST (James Webb Space Telescope) and DESI (Dark Energy Spectroscopic Instrument) findings have challenged the present understanding of the universe and reality. Crucially, they have validated the expanding balloon model of the universe.
The latest ultra-precise measurement of Hubble constant value by NSF NOIRLab, (U.S. National Science Foundation) has intensified the Hubble tension into serious crisis and dealt a mortal blow to the currently accepted model of the universe (The Standard Model of Cosmology). In fact the Hubble tension persists (if the Standard Model of Cosmology is taken as true) even when only nearby galaxies are observed. Kindly see these:

The correct and detailed form of expanding balloon model of the universe was proposed by Indian scientist Subhajit Waugh. This model reconciles the two bitterly conflicting pillars of modern physics, unifies physics and cosmology, as well as explains the origin of unidirectional flow of time. The presently accepted model of the universe (standard model of cosmology) cannot even satisfactorily answer an innocent question "If the universe is expanding, what it is expanding into?" because it lacks any concept of 4th space dimension, which is integral part of the balloon model of the universe. Time itself is NOT the fourth dimension (as Einstein wrongly believed). Time emerges from motion along the fourth dimension, as the balloon universe expands in 4D hyper space. The concept of four-dimensional continuum called SpaceTime is the worst mistake in science.
James Webb Telescope has repeatedly made global headline news. It has shaken the foundations of cosmology, and entire science. JWST has discovered that MoM z14 galaxy existed when the universe was just 280 million years old (i.e. when the universe was really in infant stage). The measured emission lines from this galaxy indicated overabundance of elements like nitrogen and carbon, and even oxygen! This was damn shocking because there is not a single theoretical model that predicts this much nitrogen this early on (which would require the birth and death of several generations of stars). JWST has been pushing the limit further and further. Recently it discovered the Capotauro galaxy, which appeared just 90 million years after the Big Bang. These findings are not just overstretching the presently accepted model of the universe, but breaking it. However, these impossible findings are naturally predicted by the expanding balloon model of the universe.

On the other hand, DESI reports strongly suggest that the mysterious dark energy thought to be driving the expansion of the universe is weakening over time. The implications are immense. Eric Linder, a physicist and cosmologist at the University of California, Berkeley has suggested that it has the possibilities for changing a lot of physics. It might be telling that scientists are profoundly wrong about the deepest structure of space-time. Something is incorrect at the deepest foundational level, and not just superficially.
NOTE: The Rh = ct model of the universe (a cosmological model proposed by Professor Fulvio Melia) does predict that dark energy must be weakening over time to maintain a constant, linear expansion rate of the universe. This sharply contrasts with the standard CDM model where dark energy (as a cosmological constant) remains constant.
The expanding balloon model of the universe is a special case of the Rh = ct model of the universe. However, it is more refined and accurate. The expanding balloon model of universe is far superior to currently accepted theories in Physics and Cosmology. The lists of achievements are simply stunning and staggering! It explains the origin of internal symmetries [the U (1), SU (2) and SU (3) symmetries] which underlie the Standard Model of particle physics. It explains the origin of crucial conservation laws of physics (which via the Noether’s theorem requires particular symmetries). It explains the reason behind ever increasing entropy (2nd law of thermodynamics). It even explains the ‘Principle of Least Action’, from which all known laws of physics can be derived. Honestly (and objectively), no other theory in science comes even remotely close to the expanding balloon universe model in its explanatory and predictive powers.
European Space Agency’s Euclid Telescope will publicly release its Data (DR1) on 21st October, 2026.
Only a plot of number of galaxies versus distance is needed to prove that universe is not 3D flat, but curves in the fourth space dimension, and hence turn science on its head.
All three conditions for a scientific revolution are already satisfied.
