Talents Without Borders - Remote Workers launches talent profile in April 2021

Prague, Praha Apr 26, 2021 (Issuewire.com)  - Remote Workers Network, a global platform connecting skilled professionals with remote-friendly companies launches its Talent Profile on 26 April 2021 at www.remoteworkers.net.

The CEO, Martin Stastny, has been working in the tech industry for more than a decade. In the past years, he has been working in a range of different industries, including advertising, e-commerce retailers, and smaller “tech for good” startups. By creating Remote Workers, Martin wanted to accelerate the digital transformation in the remote recruiting industry, making the process friendlier and more effective for both the talent and recruiters. “On LinkedIn, I often receive offers for work but 99% of them are not what I’m looking for: Employers want me to be in the office 100% of the time or relocate me into their country. So I decided to create something to change that.”

The Talent Profile is free of charge and the new features are built to streamline the process of applying for, tracking, and acquiring a remote job while building global, career-changing connections. The profile is a personalized toolkit that allows professionals to promote themselves by showcasing their skills, past experiences and describe their ideal roles by detailing their career wishes to all companies hiring remotely.

The Talent will be able to create a wishlist with their ideal scenario of the job they desire, including maximum time zone difference, salary expectation, career field, position and ideal company size. This tool is designed to avoid going through exhausting hiring processes where people find out it’s not the job they want at the very end; It saves time for talents and recruiters.

The Talent profile also includes a bookmark section where talents are able to manage their job application progress and categorize between bookmarked jobs, applied jobs, jobs in the interviewing stage, and jobs offered.

The Availability feature makes it easier for job seekers to engage their professional community and discover new opportunities. It includes status as “available to hire”, “open to offers” and “not available”.

The profile is ideal for anyone looking for a full-time remote job, including those who loved working from home, those interested in working in international teams, those who lost their jobs due to the Covid Pandemic, those who are in countries where jobs are scarce and don’t pay well and also for those who realized the advantages it can bring to their lives regarding location freedom and quality of life.

There are currently 2.000 jobs from 1136 companies including top companies around the world like Reddit, Shopify, Facebook, Spotify, amongst others. The jobs are added daily and only active jobs are visible avoiding the possibility of applying to expired jobs.

“Remote Workers Network can help people in economically affected areas to find an alternative for income without having to relocate and can also help those who want to relocate to areas with low job opportunities, like the countryside or coastal communities.” Martin Stastny explains.

Martin Stastny has an ambition that by the end of this year, every major company will open more remote positions and increase the possibilities for more and more professionals around the world to achieve location and financial freedom.
