"We understood, there is a huge potential in creating the recipes differently and people sure do love to try new things and at the same time, they are eager to learn & come up with new ideas. We tried to take this as an opportunity to move forward by doing things differently. Throughout the timeframe from the days of Lockdown 1.0 till now, we tried bringing as many cuisines from all around the world to our table. Recipes that we presented are recreations of our own, we combined, blended, matched with other recipes to make them more tempting, delicious, and look elegant on the table when they're served. We decided to deliver it the way we create it at home the same way we cater to it. We soon started to give tutorials through online mediums to people on how to create great meals, how they can present them on plates, and how those meals can create temptations. As we have always believed, if your food is served and presented well, they taste even great."

Started as a weekend project to promote the local cuisines, this took the couple into newer directions of recreations, different recipes from a global exploration. 'We have traveled a lot in 20+ years and it was always a great experience for us as we always traveled on our own, this helped us to understand a different culture, food, creations, arts and for us, it always brought a moment of joy we can always cherish whenever we think of how we explored those places & food. When we watch YouTube or any of the Food Channels on the TV where there are new explorers who explore other parts of the world, experience local cuisines, we start to rebuild our memories with it; this helps us to recreate new menus every weekend for our own table for our esteemed customers."
