The small-scale production of the compound will be the first step in the implementation of clinical trials for the powerful active ingredient, which has been shown to be effective in reversing the aging effects on the skin.

Verrico said the goal of the clinical trials is to demonstrate the potential of TFC-1326 and its ability to treat age-damaged skin. He claimed that the compound might be a good replacement or a supplemental treatment to dermal filler injections such as BOTOX®.
