Columbia, Missouri Jan 7, 2022 (Issuewire.com) - ROSELYNN ORR awarded a $1,000 AgriBusiness SAE grant from VALENT U.S.A. LLC.
Roselynn Orr, a Hallsville High School sophomore, will be utilizing her grant funding from VALENT U.S.A. LLC towards the development of an equine training application that will integrate veterinary records and exercise prescriptions into periodization programs for sport horses.
SAE grants are designed to help FFA members create or expand Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE) projects, a requirement that all FFA members must complete. An SAE requires FFA members to create and operate an agriculture-related business, work at an agriculture-related business or conduct an agricultural research experience. Upon completion, FFA members must submit a comprehensive report regarding their career development experience.

Orr is a member of the HALLSVILLE FFA Chapter located in Hallsville, Missouri. Her application was selected from among 1,086 applications nationwide.
