Rockstar Agent (RockstarAgent.com) released a new version of its turn-key real estate coaching platform that now includes the ability for mentors, coaches and companies to develop and upload custom courses. With over 40 turn-key real estate courses already available for coaches and companies, now users can develop and upload their own exclusive courses for their agents. Courses can include video, audio files, checklists and downloadable materials. The courses are only viewable by the agents and locations that are chosen by the user and can be changed at any time.
The new custom course update allows Coaches, Managers, and Company Leaders to develop and launch their own courses in addition to the turn-key courses already provided with the Rockstar Agent platform. The custom courses allow a coach or mentor to track the progress through each module and offer to coach based on what an agent needs at that time in their career. The new feature can be used for onboarding, contract training, company specific training and any additional training or coaching that a company may need.
