When she was eight years old, Rebekah’s mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. The nurses at the hospital caring for her mother amazed her and she told herself that one day, she would like to be like them and help others.
In May of 2019, Rebekah graduated with her nursing degree from Vernon College. From there, she went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Houston Baptist University in August of 2020.
A member of the The National Society of Leadership and Success, she holds certificates in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS - not intended for postnominal use).
A Registered Nurse (RN) is a nurse who has graduated from a nursing program and met the requirements outlined by a country, state, province or similar licensing body to obtain a nursing license.
