Both of these scenarios result in lost revenue. At the same time, he realized that there is a lot of unused kitchen space owned by various individuals and organizations. "Our idea is to give an extra payday to kitchen owners while providing affordable workspace and equipment to aspiring service providers.", McDuffie says.
Space-n-Thyme has an agreement in principle with a large restaurant group with multiple locations across NC and has plans to focus initial growth in the Triangle and Charlotte areas in late 2019.
