Ellipsis Education, established in 2018 under the leadership of CEO Dr. Whitney Dove, brings state-approved curriculum and extensive teacher resources to the partnership. The company's K-12 computer science courses are currently approved by multiple US states, including Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Mississippi, and Nevada, serving approximately 80 school districts nationwide.

The combined entity will offer over 45 comprehensive courses totaling more than 500 contact hours of instruction, delivered through Qubits' award-winning Learning Management System. Both companies will maintain their brands while integrating offerings to serve different market segments.
While Qubits Learning has remained bootstrapped since its founding, Ellipsis Education has raised $12.5 million in funding over its seven-year history. The companies will continue to operate from Dubai and multiple US locations, with plans to expand into additional international markets.
