Singapore, Singapore Dec 17, 2018 (Issuewire.com) - 'Magie à Trois – A Night of Illusion, Magic & Mentalism' is a one-night-only production put together by new generation magicians, Adeline Ng, Mark Wong & TK Jiang. The show will be held on 28 Jan 2019, 8 pm at the Black Box at Goodman Arts Centre.
'Magie à Trois' is a wordplay on "magic of trio", exploring 3 different genres of magic. The theatre production combines the magic genres in a 75min show to bring audiences on a journey to redefine the stereotype of magic.
Illusionist Adeline Ng brings the audiences on a journey in classic illusions, modernized. Performed to high energy music, the wham-bam illusions will have you breathless.
Mentalist Mark Wong takes you on a playground session.... in your mind. Using psychology, influence and all other methods available, Mark will make you doubt your senses (in a good way). Are your decisions really yours??
Modern Magician TK Jiang explores magic in a different manner - with digital platforms and tablets. Moving with the times, TK takes magic to a digital level. Blue Pill or Red Pill anyone?
Adeline Ng, the illusionist and producer of the show, highlights, “This show combines classic magic & illusions with new twists and theatrical elements to create a show that the audience will remember. Gone are the top hats, flowers, canes and doves… our magicians will create an intimate experience of wonderment and amazement.”
In regards to the show, Mark Wong, better known as the “Oppa” Mentalist, revealed, “Seeing how we have all grown together ever since we decided to start on this project is really amazing. I can’t wait to present my cheeky brand of mind reading: a mind-bending marriage of psychology, comedy, showmanship and magic!”
