Bihar Gaurav Samman ceremony was organized by Prem Youth Foundation and The Institute of Cost Accountants of India. While addressing the program, Gandhwadi Prem Ji, the founder of Prem Youth Foundation, said that today Bihar is celebrating 110th 'Bihar Day', the history of Bihar has been very glorious.
