Photographer Takes a Journey to a new Kind of Photography That’s Tilting the Pinball World

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Apr 19, 2021 (Issuewire.com)  - Millions of people have fond childhood memories of arcades and playing pinball, a pastime that was illegal until the 1970s. Charles Acosta, the owner of Pinball Photos, LLC, has combined his passion for pinball machines and photography to create art masterpieces that capture the spirit of these intricate machines in an entirely new and unique way.

“My photos are a beautiful combination of machinery, light, and metal,” said Acosta.

This pinball photographer has changed the rules of the game, delivering images so abstract and colourful that many won’t realize that they’re actually part of very famous titles in the flipper world. His style of close-up photography and composition provides an unusual perspective that can be appreciated even by non-pinball people.

A native of the Dominican Republic, Acosta has established a unique venture in Philadelphia with the opening of his Pinball Photos, LLC. Enthusiasts can purchase his pinball machine images sold on museum-grade canvas and ready to hang when they arrive.

Pinball collectors and art lovers can choose from sizes of 8x10 inches, 11x14 inches, 16x20 inches, 20x30 inches, and 24x36 inches. The variety of sizes ensures a good fit for any empty wall in the home, office, or business.

The photographer makes 200 limited edition prints for each canvas size and is now offering metallic prints that can be framed with a choice of either white or black wood frames. Acosta has gathered together a wonderland of pinball images that highlight machines from the early 1940s to the latest releases of pinball companies such as Jersey Jack Pinball.

Clients can also select pinball coasters made of natural stone with Acosta’s images. The unique qualities of the stone result in coasters that are each a work of art in its own right. No two will be exactly alike. Individuals can select from black slate or snow marble as the foundation of their coaster and they come in a gift box.

The photographer will be launching new products and individuals can stay informed by following him on social media or by visiting Pinball Photos and subscribing to the mailing list.

Pinball Photos offers pinball enthusiasts a walk down memory lane with images of some of the most famous and well-loved pinball machines that helped form the foundation of modern-day gaming. With Acosta’s unique pinball photography, individuals can celebrate the varied history of pinball machines as a gambling device and a symbol of rebellion.
