About the Author
Peter Boaz Jones was born in Germany in 1944 and has lived in the West Midlands, England since 1948. A self-directed scholar of biblical exegesis from his teenage years, Jones pursued his passion for scripture throughout his working life, attending extensive lectures at the Centre for the Study of Judaism and Jewish-Christian Relations at Selly Oak Colleges, Birmingham, under the distinguished Professor Norman Solomon.
Jones began the research for this book in 1982, driven by a desire to address widespread claims of contradiction and discrepancy within the Gospel texts. Working methodically through the original Greek sources alongside the English texts and balancing this undertaking with the demands of professional life, he completed the work in 2000.
