About the Author:
Tadhg Flahive hails from Listowel, Co. Kerry. He has been a member of the Abu Dhabi Na Fianna GAA club since its inception, having assumed numerous committee roles. He has served as Chair of the club from 2005−to 2006 and from 2015−to 2016. He has trained and managed Na Fianna teams to Middle East League and Championship glory. He has also served as Abu Dhabi Irish Society President from 2013−to 2015 and was Chairman of the Middle East GAA County Board from 2018−to 2020.
Tadhg is an Executive Leadership Development expert. He has worked at the General Secretariat of the Executive Council of the Abu Dhabi Government. Currently, he works at ADNOC (Abu Dhabi National Oil Company), the largest company in the UAE, with over 50,000 employees. He has delivered leadership programs in the UAE, USA, South Korea, Japan, Australia, and the UK. He has also designed leadership interventions in tandem with INSEAD, Harvard, London Business School, Oxford, Henley, and other leading Business Schools worldwide. He has also worked with The National School of Government UK, Australia/New Zealand School of Government, Canadian School of Public Service, and Singapore Civil Service College. In addition, he has led learning journeys for executive leaders on three different continents. He is an active facilitator, moderator, and after-dinner speaker.
