Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Sep 23, 2026 (Issuewire.com) - A growing Pennsylvania petition is calling on state lawmakers and officials to find a legislative solution for skill games following the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s June 2026 ruling concerning their legality.

The petition is directed toward Pennsylvania’s elected leadership, including the Governor, Attorney General, State Treasurer, Auditor General, members of the Pennsylvania General Assembly, and other officials involved in gaming policy and regulation.
Organizations that support the effort are also being encouraged to formally endorse the petition. Fire companies, nonprofit organizations, fraternal clubs, veterans’ organizations, and other community organizations interested in providing an endorsement can submit their organization’s name, representative, title, and letter of support.
