In a launch event held at Al Habtoor Polo Resort and Club, co-founders Jovie Mainuddin and Saba Desai explained the inspiration behind this new venture.
Mumsbuzzar is an online platform that brings a community of mums together: to channel their creative ideas into a product, provide a thriving e-marketplace for mums who are looking to have a launchpad for their home businesses, and get that sense of support and empowerment.
For its customer's - mumsbuzzar promises to showcase a unique array of handcrafted products, mindfully made by mumpreneurs. "While there are thousands of online shopping options out there today, what mumsbuzzar brings to the mix is a blend of enterpreneurs with their hearts on delivering a truly memorable experience, that only a mum can offer", says Jovie Mainuddin, one of the co-founders.
The project took shape at the back of a table top sale, a school event organized by parents. The creativity brought to the table was breathtaking and led to the launch of this new platform. The idea is to offer mumpreneurs a brand identity and platform to showcase their creativity. Many of the products are handmade, and are customizable to customers’ requests.
