New York City, New York Aug 13, 2022 (Issuewire.com) - New York and New Jersey-based “NY / NJ Elevator Co.”, has announced Michael Frangias will be stepping into the CEO position. Mr. Frangias is charged with the immediate opening and structuring of their new Miami Florida Branch named “FL Elevator Co.”
NY / NJ Elevator Co. is a Local #1 IUEC woman-owned company. She has successfully completed many notable projects this year including the modernization of the Hyatt Place Hotel in Secaucus NJ and has been awarded numerous service contracts in NYC, NJ, and Westchester.
Michael Frangias states, “I am excited to join such an amazing team. After exploring a bunch of options the past few months, I kept on coming back to NY / NJ Elevator. They have a solid operation here in NY and NJ with an excellent management/ownership team. I will support them and help build on that solid foundation. Mr. Frangias continues, “With respect to their Florida branch, the idea of developing and growing something from nothing appeals greatly to me and finalized my decision. I’ve started from nothing twice before and was fairly successful. I hope this time will be no different and will be the 3rd and final time. The real bonus is I will be trying to do this in a state I’ve never worked in before and that appeals to me. So nobody can say “I did it using old clients” and the last times were a fluke. Nope, like the previous times, this is going to be a 100% fresh start from nothing. Without having set personal challenges there’s no fun!”
Michael Frangias comes to NY / NJ Elevator Co., with over 25 years of experience. He recently held the position of President at Dunwell Elevator an AEG company. Before that he held positions as Regional Manager of Eagle Elevator's NY and NJ branches. Prior to being Owner / President of 360 Elevator and Statewide Elevator acquired by Eagle Elevator.
