Experienced, Patient-Focused Staff

NOCO Community Urgent Care is owned and operated by Dr. Bryan Beck, a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physician with nearly 20 years of experience delivering exceptional medical care to a diverse group of patients.

“I was inspired to open the clinic after identifying a gap in local urgent care availability for cases where people need to be seen immediately for non-emergency situations but aren’t able to get a same-day appointment with their primary care provider,” said Dr. Beck. “We are committed to providing affordable, quality acute care to our patients. We provide easy access for personal and compassionate care in a supportive and team-oriented work environment, and pride ourselves on not being a ‘one size fits all’ clinic. Having an urgent medical issue can be stressful and scary and our goal is simple:
provide each and every patient that walks through our doors with exceptional care and outstanding service. This is a tremendous opportunity to improve the quality of care available in our neighborhood, and I’m honored to become a member of the business community in Loveland.”

Dr. Beck received his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Michigan State University and his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Des Moines University. He completed his Residency at Pontiac Osteopathic Hospital in Pontiac, Michigan, before working as an Emergency Room Provider at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center, Northern Colorado Medical Center, and UC Health Emergency Rooms.

When he’s not delivering exceptional, personalized patient care, Dr. Beck enjoys Colorado’s hiking, skiing, climbing, and biking activities with his wife, three sons and Winston (the family rescue dog). The amazing outdoor activities were the reason he and his family moved to Colorado from Michigan.

Dr. Beck is joined on staff by Nurse Practitioner Sarah Owens and Physician Assistant Alanna Brown.

Sarah Owens brings her extensive Intensive Care Unit experience for both adults and children to the practice. With nearly 25 years in the medical field, including several years as an Active Duty Nurse Practitioner in the U.S. Navy, she offers a wealth of knowledge, delivers excellent patient care, and feels most professionally fulfilled when she sees her patients are feeling better and have a better understanding of how to care for themselves and their family members. Ms. Owens earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from National University in San Diego, California, as well as her Master of Science degree in Nursing and Nurse Practitioner certification from Walden University in Minnesota.

Alanna Brown’s medical experience includes Ear Nose & Throat, Post-Acute Care with a focus in Geriatrics, and Urgent Care. She prides herself on maintaining a safe environment for people from all walks of life to receive the quality healthcare they deserve. A decorated Biomedical Equipment Technician and Commendation Medal recipient in the U.S. Army, she went on to pursue her training and certification as a Physician Assistant, earning both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of South Alabama.
