NJ State Assemblyman In Question

Elder Abuse and Misuse of Position of Public Trust Alleged

Morristown, New Jersey Mar 15, 2019 (Issuewire.com)  - Anthony M. Bucco misused his office

The family and heirs of Leokadia Jensen assert: Sitting NJ Assemblymen acting as family Attorney, executes the unsigned Will of wealthy, recently deceased, handicapped women (blind & deaf).  The execution of such Will clearly benefited the Assemblyman/attorney and disregarded the wishes of the deceased, the family assets.

The family of Leokadia Jensen is left to wonder. Can a sitting NJ Assemblyman use the power of his office and the “bully pulpit” of State Government to be “Above the Law”?  Where has the public trust gone?

A prominent Morris County, NJ State Assemblyman working in his legal practice authorizes the sale of real-estate allegedly on behalf of his handicapped client.  The proceeds earmarked for the family are delayed more than two months post-sale.  All the while, in what appears to be "quick flip" the properties are RESOLD with days netting 5 figure profit for the Attorney and or his company/partners.  It could be a pattern with far-reaching implications.

Here are the details of this unbelievable transaction.

The Victim: Leokadia (Leo) Jensen of Norwich CT, passed on January 17, 2016

The attorney & NJ Assemblyman:  Anthony M. Bucco

Dates and town of the Real-estate transaction(s):

Lavalette, May 2014

Morristown Sept 2014

The attorney who filed an Ethics complaint against Mr Bucco:  Robert J. Stack of Kinnelon

Today, Mr Bucco with seemingly limitless resources hides behind an army of high-priced lawyers; their briefs, rebuttals, diversions, and obfuscation.  All while the family of Ms Jensen waits, hopes and prays for justice.
